Please read this page prior to purchasing from Gran Turismo de La Riviera, DBA GT Riviera, DBA Cozumel Buggy, Mayan Heritage & Snorkel, DBA cozumelbuggy.com (herein after GT Riviera). Stipulations:

Everyone involved in the selling, purchasing and performing of excursions thru GT Riviera website is trusted by each other to act fairly.

GT Riviera trusts that the consumer chooses accurately, and that they have checked the ship’s itinerary with that of the tours. That they have checked dates, locations and times prior to guaranteeing the purchase. This means that the passenger should check the itineraries prior to entering the cancellation penalty period, which is 10 days prior to the trip date.

GT Riviera does not consider ‘booked’ until the purchaser agrees to these stipulations. Nor are they booked until GT Riviera confirms the request. Nor are they booked until the payment procedures have been satisfactorily carried out.

Credit card charges are entered immediately after GT Riviera confirms the requested trip.

GT Riviera prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. However, GT Riviera will honor the price at the time of confirming a booking even if prices change before tour departure. Our detailed tour descriptions list all features included in each tour. Tips, additional services such as, souvenirs, photo services, etc. are not included in the tour price.

GT Riviera will allow fully refundable cancellations, by the traveler, prior to 10 days from the day of the trip. At 10 days outbound, GT Riviera will not allow any refund of payments. Delays or cancellation of airline flights or other modes of transportation used to arrive to the port or location of a GT Riviera activity will not be taken into consideration in the determination of a refund for unused services. The passenger must notify GT Riviera within 12 days after the date that a problem occurred. The notification must be in writing. E-mails will be accepted.

No refunds will be made to any customer who fails to show up for a tour departure at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all of the services scheduled to be provided by GT Riviera. Tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customer who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to weather conditions. Members of any excursion who elect to leave the tour must provide their own transportation at their own expense back to the meeting point or wherever they decide to go.

Group bookings may be non-refundable if the trip price is based on a specific number of participants.

GT Riviera reserves the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to customers due to a tour cancellation. GT Riviera will issue a full refund for all canceled tours, including those canceled due to a delay in ship arrival or an inability of a ship to call the port. Cruise ship employees do not have the authority to cancel a GT Riviera service.  In order to receive a refund for a canceled tour, customers must submit a refund request by contacting GT Riviera within 14 days of tour’s departure date.

Custom designed bookings will always have a $25.00 U.S. per person non-refundable penalty for cancellations made at any time after the booking has been confirmed and the credit card charged.

Limited Mobility. GT Riviera must be notified in writing if any of the guests are limited mobility. GT Riviera offers tours for clients with some degree of limited mobility, and is prepared to handle only collapsible wheelchairs. If a guest has movement issues and books a tour that is not suitable for that type of person, GT Riviera cannot be responsible for the satisfaction of the client.

GT Riviera may also decline to provide tour services of any customer at any time.

Liability for Loss or Injury: Customers acknowledge, understand and agree that as a condition of GT Riviera accepting a booking from the customer that GT Riviera shall not be liable for any loss or injury incurred by the customer. GT Riviera intends to only offer safe excursions but any accident or loss may occur. GT Riviera is responsible for refunds only as indicated in this agreement.

All personal items, including coats, cameras, handbags, and similar personal articles should remain at all times through the tour under your personal control. GT Riviera is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items while you are on tour.

Purchasers trust that GT Riviera performs adequately and delivers to the passenger the highest level of professionalism.

The purchaser agrees that GT Riviera reserves the right to make changes to its activity.

Sometimes GT Riviera must make last minute changes. For example, it might have to change the tour itinerary or the locations to be visited, because of operational, safety or unforeseen reasons that might affect the day. If you find that the change is not acceptable, please refrain from taking the trip for we cannot make refunds once you agree to the change. And please understand that we make these changes only with your best interest in mind.

Customers who dispute a GT Riviera credit card charge by filing chargeback notice with their credit card companies will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee (per chargeback notice) by GT Riviera if the chargeback is ruled in the favor of GT Riviera by the financial institution.

The GT Riviera website is intended for personal, non commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book its products or services offered. This site may not to be used to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. Robots or other automated means to access this site are not permitted.

The Purchaser has read these stipulations and agrees with them.
